Scholarly publishing partnership platform

ScholarEIC

ScholarEIC is a full publishing partnership platform for global editor-in-chief recruitment, journal incubation, board collaboration, OJS-connected manuscript operations, launch delivery, indexing, and business management.

Platform Scope

From editor onboarding to full journal operations

Editor-in-chief onboarding

Applicants register online, submit qualifications, optionally select an existing approved journal, and move through initial review, professional review, and final review.

Journal co-founding

Approved editors can complete contract signing, submit project information, and follow category planning, title review, ISSN, cover upload, milestones, and progress alerts.

Editorial board recruitment

After title approval and cover upload, each journal can open recruitment; registered editorial-board applicants submit and track their applications in the management workspace.

OJS-connected manuscript operations

Manuscript submission, peer review, editorial decisions, and journal publishing workflows stay aligned with OJS 3.5 as the operational engine.

Publishing production and release

Editorial teams can manage issue planning, proofing, final files, PDF and JATS XML preparation, DOI support, online publication, subscription or OA release, and distribution tracking.

Indexing, growth, and finance

The platform tracks indexing applications, performance indicators, brand programs, promotion activity, cost and revenue visibility, and editor profit-sharing governance.
